The Vaginal Tightening Gel

Tighten Gel that adds a little lubrication. 

1.Clean the Vagina before your bedtime. 
2.Remove the protective cap off applicator, remove tab from bottom of applicator insert cap in the bottom of the tube gently insert 
the pre-filled applicator into the vagina only as far as it will comfortable go. 
3. Take out applicator from vagina. 
4. Wash hands and discard the applicator 
5. Keep hips raise 5-10 minutes, 1 piece need be used each day after shower
